Thing 9 - Online Collaboration Tools
I thought that Google Docs was easier to use than Zoho Writer. It was more intuitive and easy to track previous revisions to the document. These tools do help solve the problem of compatibility. Occasionally patrons come in to print documents using a version of software not available on our computers.
