Thing 4 - Photosharing with Flickr


I already had a Flickr account so I posted a photo from my most recent vacation using Flickr's blogging tool. It was really easy to do. I hadn't explored Flickr much. It's great to be able to search photos using tags.


I've been trying to figure out the best way to post my photos online. Each hosting site has pros and cons. I ended up getting a paid Flickr account. It's easy to use, less expensive than other options and others don't need to get an account in order to see pictures. I set photo privacy options so that only friends and family can add notes, tags or comments.

I was surprised how easy it was to upload a picture using Flickr's blogging tool.
